Finding Safety

Today you will learn how to breath to regulate your nervous system and find areas of safety within you. You will leave feeling calm and refreshed with a sense of trust in yourself.

Day 2

Confronting Pain to Release

Continuing to build,  we will explore areas of tension in the body becoming curious as to what they are trying to tell us. You will leave feeling aware of your body's teachings and feel spacious in your body.

Opening to the Possibility  of New

Today we will continuing exploring sensations in the body, while introducing EFT to release blocks and connect to our heart. You will leave feeling gratitude and excited of the possibility of creating a new reality.
